Fallout 3 has got some great mods out there, but none trump them like Real Time Settler. A mod that takes an FPS set in a post-apocolytpic future and turns it into a Real Time Strategy game. In RTS, you can create your own village virtually ANYWHERE. Collecting resources in the form of Building Materials (shopping carts, traffic cones, trash cans, ect); Scrap Metal (any misc object, those small metal buckets, phones, ect); and Food (dead animals, dead people, and any food you could normally eat); you can provide for your village and help it grow.
In the beginning, their was a mailbox. From that position, you will have a companion who will show you how to build buildings, collect resources, hire new villages, monage them, and blueprint ANY in game item. Buildings range from shelters to power plants, academies to brahmin pens or barracks. You can customize your village anyway you like and create a peacefull utopia or a warmongering raider camp. Through interactions with the other settlements in-game (Megaton, Rivet City, the Republic of Dave, Paradise Falls, ect) you can trade away goods and produce, request military support, and do many things that the leader of a village would do in times like these.
The blueprint system has to be my favorite by far. Your ability to be able to basically copy and paste ANYTHING found in the game, whether you downloaded it from a mod or it was originally in the game, enables you to create a village exactly as you would imagine it in-game. Personally, i have a major love for the military. So when i first tried it, I created the ultimate mercenary base. Complete with barbed wire, sandbags, a copied military truck and much more, it provided DAYS of entertainment for a simple and free download.

Too bad I bought this game for Xbox.
So did i, after a bit of snooping around i couldnt NOT get it for PC for the mods.
Between RTS and FOOK 2 Mods, its an entirely different game.
Ahhh you idiots lol should of gotten it for computer first
